Rubio Monocoat LED Oil is a hard wax oil for finishing wood floors and furniture, specifically designed for instant curing with LED technology. Like all Rubio Monocoat oils, RMC LED oil is based on the well-known RMC molecular bonding technology and as such combines the unique characteristics of RMC oils with the benefits of LED light-curing oil technology.

The curing process is affected by the preparation of the wood, the presence of a possible pre-colouring, etc. It is strongly
advised to test the curing process experimentally first.
RMC LED Oil is a single component product and is not compatible with the accelerator (B) of the RMC Oil Plus 2C.

Open pores are crucial for an optimal result when applying RMC LED Oil. Therefore the sanding of the wood is vital and the right tools have to be used. We strongly advise to contact our technical team to advise you on this, before starting a project with RMC LED Oil.
Eliminate dust from the surface.
Apply 1 coat of oil by rollercoating.
Spread the oil evenly by passing the planks through the 2 pads and 2 brushes.
Pass the planks through the LED-curing industry unit.
